AntiVirで検出できないマルウェア、あるいは誤検出が疑われるファイルを発見した場合、 そのファイルをAviraに提出することができます。 提出すると、通常は次回の定義ファイル更新時に何らかの対応が行われます。

提出を行うと専用ページが作成され、Web上でも結果を閲覧することができます。 ページのアドレスはメールに記載されています。 （実際のメールでは"details.php?uniqueid="の後にまだ文字が続いています）
上で紹介したフォームから提出する方法はファイルサイズの上限が8MBであるため、 それより大きなファイルを提出することができません。 もし8MBより大きいファイルを提出する必要がある場合、下のアドレスに添付ファイルとして送信します。

ただしこの方法でファイルを送信する場合、ファイルをZIP形式やRAR形式のような一般的な形式で圧縮することが求められています。 また、メールサーバにウイルススキャナが導入されていた場合、それによって添付ファイルが削除される可能性があるため、 圧縮時にパスワードをかける必要があります。その際、パスワードには"infected"を指定します。
